Expo Go Green
30/09/2022 – AutoVolt got invited to an exposition in PSA Panamá International Terminal for the closure of the Go Green Week to show them how the conversion works and the attendees had the opportunity to test the power, acceleration and torque of the electric motor.
New electric mobility law in Panamá
25/04/2022 – From January 1, 2023, Law No. 295, monday 25 April 2022 will enter into force, which encourages electric mobility in land transport and whose purpose is to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases by increasing the use of renewable energies.


President Laurentino Cortizo sign a new decree for conversions of electric cars
15/02/2023 – On February 15, 2023, the President of the Republic signed Decree #51, which establishes and approves the authorization of authorized workshops to perform conversions. This is great news for the electric conversion movement, as it creates more opportunities for individuals to transition their vehicles to electric power.
AutoVolt participate in the Expo E-Mobility 2023
25-26/02/2023 – Autovolt participated in Expo E-mobility 2023 and was a great success. Many people showed interest in taking the electric car conversion course and transitioning to a more sustainable mobility. Autovolt’s participation helped raise awareness about the benefits of electric vehicles and the importance of sustainable transportation.

¿wich type of cars can be converted?
Actually any type of car can be converted, every car has his very specific type of installation.
¿what kind of motor is available?
we have on stock 2 kind of motor.
AC50: 108V / 18KW
AC51: 144V/ 21KW
but we can order with more Voltage and Kw
¿what kind of batteries do we use?
Our batteries are lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4).
This batteries also have better safety characteristics and do not explode under extreme conditions. LiFePO4 batteries also eliminate the concerns of cobolt entering the environment through improper disposal once they have expired.
¿what is the cost to convert a car?
There is a lot of variant that can changes the price of the conversion, for example:
the weight of the vehicule, how many kilometers the car usually travel, what kind of use has the car, amongs others.
